I wanted to learn the art of self defence and add variety to my daily workouts. The team at Ring Boxing Club offered me that in abundance! Joining a boxing club always seemed daunting to me until I met the family at The Ring. It’s so multi-cultural, a great mix of Men and Women and just a super friendly environment to learn in. The coaches and the drill’s themselves pushed me very hard and I very quickly became a lot sharper and fitter. The coaches are hilarious, fun but extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the world of boxing. I was on track to become the first British Indian WBC Super Middleweight Champion, but I had to leave London unfortunately, haha. I will miss you guys and thanks for everything.

Berserker is a blend of Tabata, boxing training and sprint training. 21 stations of strength and CV exercises performed for a minimum of two minutes each. Strength stations cut into three sections of 20 sec with a final 30 sec blast. Rest periods between sets 10 sec, transition between exercise 20 sec. Designed to cater to athletes of all levels. It is advised that you bring an energy drink with you. Not suitable for people of moderate only fitness level.
