Punch Up Charity

Punch-Up Charity is The Ring Boxing Club's very own children's charity aimed at boys and girls aged at 10 to 13 year old's. It's primary goal is the promotion of a healthy lifestyle through the medium of exercise and a healthy diet. The brainchild of The Ring Boxing Club MD  Mark Burford and Head Teacher Zac Phillips, Punch-Up delivers not only a fun, non contact boxing experience to the children, but also instils in them the self respect and respect for others associated with the Noble Art. Sessions are held every Saturday and Sunday morning at The Ring Boxing Club, from 9:00am sharp till 10am. All equipment is supplied by us and sessions are completely FREE. Children MUST be accompanied, but by no more than one parent or guardian. If you would like to find out more about the sessions for your child, then email info@punch-up.org.uk.

Please DO NOT attend the sessions unless you have received an email  from one of our staff, confirming that there is a space for you and your child. A register of attendees is taken before each class.

Punch-Up is funded completely by The Ring Boxing Club and Friends of The Ring Boxing Club. Punch-Up is a registered charity no: 1123475
