I’m Carl. I’ve been a fitness trainer for most of my working life. Starting with the Army while serving with the Para’s at the home of the British Army Aldershot. I was a light heavy weight in the ARMY BOXING TEAM for 3 years. During this time in a fight tournament was awarded best boxer by the Paddington Express, Terry Downs. I earned my Army Colour’s for boxing and was rated in the amateur top 10.
I was inspired by old legends like Archie Moore, Jersey Joe Wilcott and Thomas ‘hitman’ Hearns.

As a fitness trainer I’ve worked with British Military fitness for over 15 years. So I’m able to tailor training sessions for the individual or group. In order to help them achieve their goals and aims in relation to health, well-being and confidence.
I like to unwind with a box of celebrations, a scary film, some golf and the odd day angling.
