  • I wanted to learn the art of self defence and add variety to my daily workouts. The team at Ring Boxing Club offered me that in abundance! Joining a boxing club always seemed daunting to me until I met the family at The Ring. It’s so multi-cultural, a great mix of Men and Women and just a super friendly environment to learn in. The coaches and the drill’s themselves pushed me very hard and I very quickly became a lot sharper and fitter. The coaches are hilarious, fun but extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the world of boxing. I was on track to become the first British Indian WBC Super Middleweight Champion, but I had to leave London unfortunately, haha. I will miss you guys and thanks for everything.

The Berserker is the toughest and most extreme work out I have ever undertaken. It requires both high level cardio fitness and strength training when using weights and bands. We are always trying out new and fun ways to train our class members.  The boxing lessons in our class schedule will test you and will have parts of boxing training in them. You don’t have to be a Full Member to attend one of our classes and we guarantee you’ll have lot’s of fun.
